We hope the Spring holiday period gave you some time to get some respite after the first quarter!
This month, we are delighted to announce the roll-out of audit logs. What’s more, you can now locate redirected SharePoint site collections and we also have a bumper pack of new checks for M365, SharePoint and Azure AD.
Check out our feature update video here!
Audit Log
We have now added the Audit Log feature to workspaces for actions performed in Rencore Governance. This feature its extremely helpful for identifying when an action has been performed and by whom, so you can easily document and revisit when necessary. Just go to general settings, and under auditing, you can see actions such as: create a check, delete a check, add a user, update a dashboard, inviting a user, for example.

Redirected SharePoint Site Collections
Those of you who are well into the Rencore Governance journey will know that we want our customers to achieve full visibility across Microsoft 365. This new added feature fits the bill! You can search for old, redirected SharePoint sites. These sites may have been moved to a different geo location or just been renamed over time. By locating them you can delete them and free up space for creating new ones.
New Checks
As always, with our monthly product updates, we continue to grow our pre-built checks-library. This month is a bumper pack special with new multiple checks for M365, SharePoint and Azure AD:
New Check for M365:
- Users with E3 license not using Outlook in last 12 month
Two new Checks for SharePoint:
- Sites with disabled search
- SharePoint Libraries with disabled search
Three new Checks for Azure AD:
- Application registrations without owners
- Enterprise applications with Full Control or Write permissions
- Enterprise Applications without owners
We appreciate your feedback!
Please leave us some feedback if you have any features that you would love to see in our future updates. Rencore Governance will continue to grow with the ever-changing Microsoft 365 landscape, and we want your unique needs to be a part of that!
Until next time, have a great day, happy governing and see you next month!
