The Deep Service Inventory Engine collects data from multiple admin centers, and each piece of data is instantly converted into an Object. In this state, the Objects are organized into topics and subtopics and become interconnected.
Click on the Inventory Overview at the top of the UI to automatically see Object Topics categorized by Microsoft 365, Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Yammer, OneDrive, Exchange, and Azure AD.
Under each service explore the relevant Object Subtopics and their Relations such as: Groups, Users, Licenses, Teams, SharePoint Sites, Flows, Apps, Mailboxes and, Sign-ins, through Segmentation.
Drill deeper into Object Subtopics and get a summary, trend, and list of violated Policies. Explore individual Objects and their Relations in the data grid below including, quick severity count, tooltips, and trigger built-in actions.
Export data to CSV/PDF and trigger automations directly from Object details.
Work with individual Objects and uncover their Relations attached Policies and overall compliance score. Add notes to help document and add clarity, and perform available actions directly from your Object.
