Speakers

Jussi Roine

Jussi Roine (@JussiRoine) was born in '77, and was drawn to computers at the ripe age of 5 when my parents brought home a VIC-20 home computer. I became a programmer at the same ripe age of 5 when I could type 10 PRINT "MY NAME IS JUSSI." If we discard my questionable past working with Unix and Linux systems, I've worked for multiple Microsoft Partner companies since 1990. For the past decade or so, I worked at the company I co-founded, and in late 2019 I joined Microsoft as an Azure Developer Audience Lead. It was fun, but I'm better at building something from scratch – and now I run our new company, North Advisors, that focuses on Azure and Power Platform consulting and support. During my spare time, I also co-produce the ravishing Ctrl+Alt+Azure podcast, with new episodes each week.

Waldek Mastykarz

Waldek is a Cloud Developer Advocate at Microsoft focusing on Microsoft 365. In this role, he helps developers build applications on top of Microsoft 365. He's also a part of Microsoft 365 Patterns and Practices where he builds developer guidance and tooling for extending Microsoft 365 together with the community. Before joining Microsoft, Waldek was heading the Product Department at Rencore reinforces our product development by adding loads of business experience. For sharing his experience through his blog, speaking, and social media, Waldek was a 12-time Microsoft MVP.

Vesa Juvonen

Vesa Juvonen is a Principal Program Manager at SharePoint engineering. Prior to this, he worked as a SharePoint CAT team member in CXP and as a Principal Consultant within Microsoft Services for 8 years before moving to the product group. Vesa was also SharePoint MCM (Microsoft Certified Master) instructor for the life cycle of the program and is considered an industry expert on SharePoint development. He currently works in the team which owns SharePoint Framework, SharePoint development techniques and APIs.   Vesa also leads the virtual team which created the SharePoint Patterns and Practice (PnP) initiative to help customers and partners to learn right ways to customize and extend SharePoint and Office 365.

Jeremy Thake

Jeremy Thake is the VP of Product Technology at Hyperfish (recently acquired by LiveTiles), with over 15 years of experience in the industry, focused on Microsoft Technology. His experience ranges from consulting, development and marketing to product management. Jeremy worked at Microsoft HQ for 3 years on Office 365 extensibility and Azure application platform space.

Erwin van Hunen

Chief Technology Office at Rencore, Microsoft Certified Master, Microsoft Certified Solutions Master and SharePoint MVP. Erwin is a core member of the Microsoft 365 Patterns and Practices team (https://pnp.github.io/) helping developers worldwide with code samples, scenarios, solutions, and guidance to successfully implement customizations for Office 365. Erwin speaks regularly at SharePoint conferences around the world and is one of the organizers of SharePoint Saturday Stockholm, the largest SharePoint-focused conference in Scandinavia.
