Our Speakers
Tiina Rytkönen is VP of Product and Engineering at Rencore, where she leads the teams building Rencore's governance platform for Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI agents, and its move into governing AI beyond Microsoft. She joined Rencore in 2023 and brings more than 20 years of experience leading product and technology teams. Before Rencore, Tiina was Chief Product Officer at Valo Solutions through its acquisition by Staffbase, then Senior Product Director at Staffbase. Earlier, she spent eight years at Finnish telecommunications company DNA, rising to Director of Digital Services and leading its digital transformation. Her team at DNA ranked first in Magenta Advisory's Nordic Digital Leaders study and was named a Best Place to Work.
Tobias is a Product Manager at Rencore, where he works on solutions for Microsoft 365 governance and security. He joined Rencore in early 2026 after more than a decade in IT and information security roles, most recently as an IT Security Manager and Information Security Officer responsible for BaFin, DORA, and ISO 27001 compliance. Before that, Tobias advised on Microsoft 365 security, identity, and Conditional Access as an IT consultant, and worked as a freelance IT consultant on cloud infrastructure and DevOps. Along the way, he has managed IAM programs, led cloud migrations, and built information security management systems from the ground up.
Sven Seidenberg is a Senior Product Manager at Rencore, where he works on making Microsoft 365 governance usable for people who aren't IT admins. He owned Rencore's Teams app end to end, bringing governance tasks such as requesting a team and approving access into Microsoft Teams. He joined Rencore in 2023 as a Microsoft 365 Consultant before moving into product in 2024. Before Rencore, Sven consulted on Microsoft 365 adoption and change management, most recently at Capgemini Invent, where he helped build its early generative AI offering. He co-authored "Teach Yourself Visually Microsoft Teams" with Microsoft MVP Matt Wade and speaks regularly in the Microsoft community.
