Tenant Segment Setup
Open your workspace settings, select Environments, choose the environment and scroll to Virtual Environments to add a tenant segment. Each segment gets a name, the scope rules that decide which objects belong to it, and the admins who may see and govern them.
Tenant Segment Builder
The Tenant Segment Builder decides which objects belong to a segment, for example every team, site and user whose country is Germany. Permissions follow the segment: only the admins assigned to it see its objects, reports and policy results, so a subsidiary governs its own part of the tenant without seeing the rest.

Several tenants, each governed as its own environment
Rencore Governance governs every tenant as its own environment with its own subscription. Admins switch between tenants easily, and you standardize policies across tenants by exporting them from one tenant and importing them into another. Managed service providers manage customer tenants from one account and switch between them easily. Tenant connection is kept separate from user authentication, and in each tenant Rencore Governance connects to Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Exchange, Viva Engage and Power Platform.
