Tobias Tiehmann

Tobias is the Product Manager for Reviews at Rencore, where he works on solutions for Microsoft 365 governance and security. He joined Rencore in early 2026 after more than a decade in IT and information security roles, most recently as an IT Security Manager and Information Security Officer responsible for BaFin, DORA, and ISO 27001 compliance. Before that, Tobias advised on Microsoft 365 security, identity, and Conditional Access as an IT consultant. Along the way he has managed IAM programs, led cloud migrations, and built information security management systems from the ground up.
