Jasper Oosterveld is a Microsoft MVP and Data Security Consultant at Rubicon Cloud Advisor within the Netherlands. On a daily basis, he works with customers to implement the Modern Workplace with Microsoft 365. Jasper focuses on collaboration, governance and compliance. Jasper loves to share his expertise and love for Microsoft products with everyone who is willing to listen.

Matthias, or Thias for the sake of distinguishing from all the other Matthiases here at Rencore, is the VP of Marketing at Rencore. He is passionate about helping make Microsoft 365 admins' lives easier by evangelizing about Rencore's mission, vision, and products.

Megha is the Content Marketing Manager at Rencore. A former journalist, she writes on various topics including cloud collaboration, governance and the modern workplace.

Liam began his career as a trainer of all things computer-related. He quickly realized that programming, breaking, and hacking were much more fun. Liam spent the next few years working within core infrastructure and security services. He is the founder and owner of SharePlicity, a consulting company that focuses on Microsoft 365 and Azure technology. His role within SharePlicity is to help organizations implement Microsoft 365 and Azure technology to enhance internal and external collaboration, document and records management, automate business processes, and implement security controls and protection. Liam is an Microsoft MVP Alumni and MCT.

Ragnar is Business Developement Manager Microsoft at German consulting firm and Rencore Partner HanseVision. His community activities have earned him his Microsoft MVP status seven times, with his first award coming in January 2017. Ragnar’s contributions to the MVP community focus on the M365 Apps and Services space. He is the Co-Host of the bi-weekly Microsoft 365 News Show “Alex & Ragnar”, and also curates content and blogs for IT News Portal Tekki Gurus. He is the founding member of Working Out Loud Community and Responsive Organization Movement in Germany. He has published several books and articles about Social Intranets, Digital Business and Brand Ambassadors.

Sara has over 25 years’ experience, has been a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) for over 15 years and is also a MCT Regional Lead and Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) for Microsoft 365 Apps and Services. As a trainer her professional aim is to help make technology more accessible by increasing knowledge and decreasing fear. In her own words “I love helping others advance their own skills and use of technology, whilst challenging myself to advance my own skills and expertise.” Sara provides training across Microsoft 365 from beginner to admin and everyone in between and specializes in productivity, security & compliance within Microsoft 365. In 2021 Sara co-founded a group of other like-minded MVPs to form the Viva Explorers, who actively promote, evangelize and champion a modern employee and workplace experience under-pinned by tools such as Microsoft Viva.

Sven is a Microsoft 365 Governance Consultant at Rencore. He started his career in the Microsoft 365 world around the same time Microsoft Teams was launched, a product that still accompanies and inspires him today. Over the past few years, he has advised various organizations on their journey to the Microsoft 365 cloud and on transforming their way of working. In his role at Rencore, Sven now helps customers and partners ask the right questions about their governance challenges and supports them in gaining maximum value from Rencore Governance. He has co-authored several ebooks and a book about how to work best with Microsoft 365 apps & services.

As a Microsoft 365 consultant, Rene Vlieger spends his days immersed in the world of cloud technology, assisting organizations on their transformative journey. His passion lies in enhancing productivity, fortifying governance, ensuring compliance, bolstering security measures, and fostering seamless adoption of new technologies. Rene believes in the power of sharing knowledge, which is why he invests heavily in training sessions, workshops, and yes, even penning (or typing!) joint blogs which he finds incredibly fulfilling. Christian is Director of Partner Management for the North American market at Rencore. He is both a Microsoft Regional Director and long-standing Office Servers and Services Microsoft MVP. Christian is also Founder and CEO of CollabTalk LLC, an independent analyst and technical marketing services company based in Salt Lake City, Utah.

David is a highly skilled SharePoint Guy who is focusing on Automation, Compliance, Security, Operational Excellence, Quality Assurance and hacking the unexpected out from the technology stack. He works as a Services Reliability Engineer at Rencore.

Maximilian Götz is a Modern Work Strategist and Solution Engineer at Rencore, helping organizations govern their Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI environments at scale. With over seven years in IT consulting and cloud strategy, Maximilian specializes in turning complex governance challenges into automated, practical solutions. His current focus is AI agent sprawl, Power Platform lifecycle management, and compliance enforcement across enterprise Microsoft environments. A regular voice in the Microsoft governance community, he works with IT leaders, compliance teams, and MSPs to close the gaps that native tooling leaves behind.

Django Lohn is a Business Applications Microsoft MVP and Power Platform Consultant based in the Netherlands. On a daily basis, he works with customers to implement Business Apps using the Power Platform tools Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents and Dataverse. Django focuses on architecture, governance, Application Lifecycle Management, development and implementation. Antonio is an enterprise architect with over 20 years of experience in application architecture, information security, cybersecurity practices and systems, software development and leadership. Antonio is a Managing Director and Senior Enterprise Architect with Protiviti. Based in Canada, he is an 11-time Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP), from 2012 to 2023. His work specializes in Microsoft 365, collaboraiton and the modern workplace, Office Apps and Services, security and compliance. Antonio’s work focuses on helping organizations assess and implement security, compliance and data governance solutions within Microsoft Cloud environments. His experience includes working within the Microsoft Cloud technologies, including Microsoft 365, Defender, Purview and Syntex. A frequent conference speaker and writer, his experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint extends over the last 15 years. In his spare time, Antonio likes to oil paint, make wine, make maple syrup, read and spend time with his family.

Carolin is in charge of customer success at Rencore. She assists customers throughout their product journey with her extensive user adoption experience and product knowledge.

Chrissi is the Marketing Operations Manager at Rencore. She loves to plan and be at events and is responsible for all things Social Media.

Torsten is CAA at Rencore. During his time as a SharePoint consultant, he always tried to improve and automate the SharePoint development process, first by creating the SharePoint Software Factory (SPSF), and later by creating the SharePoint code analysis tools, today known as SPCAF. After an intermezzo for 3 years at Microsoft, he is now part of the RENCORE team and is responsible for the further technical development of all our tools.
