Microsoft states that SharePoint Advanced Management features are included when at least one user in the organisation has a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence, covering site ownership and inactive-site policies, site access reviews, data access governance reports and restricted content discovery. Microsoft Agent 365 became generally available on 1 May 2026, priced at USD 15 per user per month or included in Microsoft 365 E7.
