Syskit Point does not inventory Copilot Studio or SharePoint agents, name their owners or retire them.
Rencore inventories Copilot and Copilot Studio agents, shows the data each one can reach, assigns an owner and retires what nobody uses.
Syskit Point's automated policies cover workspaces and users, not Power Platform or agents.
Rencore applies built-in and custom policies to workspaces, apps, flows and agents, ranked by severity.
Power Platform coverage and licence optimisation are paid add-ons on top of the Governance plan.
Rencore governs Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Fabric in the Apps, Automation and BI module, next to the Teams and sites they depend on.
Syskit Point sends workspace reviews to owners as an email task.
Rencore runs recurring owner access reviews inside Microsoft Teams, with a record of each decision.
Syskit Point has detailed permissions reporting and a mature provisioning app, and its Enterprise plan can run in your own Azure subscription. Those are real strengths.
If your need is permissions visibility and provisioning for SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams, Syskit Point may be enough. If you need to govern Power Platform and Copilot agents with automated policies across a large estate, that is where Rencore fits.
Rencore Governance is developed in Germany by an independent vendor. Your workspace data is stored in the Azure region you choose, with Germany and Switzerland among the options, and Multi-Geo tenants are supported.

Rencore governs 16 Microsoft connectors today, each in one inventory with an owner, a policy and a lifecycle. Syskit Point fully covers Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Apps and Power Automate, and covers Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Viva Engage, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power BI in part. Only Rencore governs Planner, Copilot Studio agents, SharePoint agents, Azure and Microsoft Fabric.
No. Syskit Point governs workspaces and users, and its Copilot features focus on oversharing readiness. Rencore inventories Copilot and Copilot Studio agents, shows the data each one can reach, assigns an owner and applies lifecycle policies, alongside the Teams and sites the agents depend on.
Syskit publishes per-user prices from 10 to 30 euros per user per year, with Power Platform and licence optimisation sold as paid add-ons. Rencore is priced by module. Compare the total, including add-ons and the manual work that report-only findings leave to IT, rather than the entry price.
Yes, on its Enterprise plan, in the customer's own Azure subscription. Rencore is SaaS only. It stores and processes each workspace's data in the Azure region the customer chooses, including Germany and Switzerland.
Yes, with limits. Syskit documents that removing sharing links cannot be completed across all geo locations. Rencore supports Multi-Geo tenants.
Yes. Rencore extends its AI & Agents governance beyond Microsoft: Claude Enterprise and ChatGPT Enterprise are both in preview. They are governed in the same place as your Microsoft 365 estate and connected to the Microsoft 365 data they work with, rather than in a separate tool. Microsoft 365 and Copilot remain the generally available core of the platform.
Rencore Governance is SaaS, developed in Germany by an independent vendor. Each workspace's data is stored and processed in the Azure region the customer picks, one of five regions including Germany and Switzerland, and Multi-Geo tenants are supported. Rencore is priced by module, Digital Workplace, Apps, Automation and BI, and AI & Agents, so you pay for the scope you govern, and you can start with a 14-day free trial. Availability is contractual: 99.9% under the SaaS Agreement, with live service status at status.rencore.com.
No. Organizations of every size use Rencore, from small IT teams running one Microsoft 365 tenant to multinational estates. It is licensed per active Microsoft 365 user, so cost follows the size of the tenant. Professional and Premium start at 100 users, and Rencore Lite is a free, self-serve 14-day start. Teams that outgrow permissions reporting and provisioning alone can keep one platform as they grow.
