Rencore Governance is developed in Germany by an independent vendor. Your workspace data is stored in the Azure region you choose, with Germany and Switzerland among the options, and Multi-Geo tenants are supported.

No. The admin center remains where you configure environments, data policies and Managed Environments. Rencore adds current ownership, owner-led lifecycle and cost attribution, and puts Power Platform in the same inventory as your Microsoft 365 workspaces and Copilot agents.
Managed Environments require a premium licence for every active user. Microsoft states that from February 2027, users without an appropriate licence are blocked from opening apps in a managed environment, which makes knowing who uses what a cost question.
