Are there any maintenance or onboarding fees?

No, there are no maintenance or onboarding fees. Unlimited support and software updates are included with your subscription.

 

Do you offer a monthly subscription?

Yes, you can subscribe to Rencore Code Starter and Professional also monthly. Annual subscriptions are offered at a discount of 15%. Multi year subscriptions are also possible, please contact our sales team to learn more. Rencore Code Build is only available as annual subscription.

Can I purchase a subscription without a credit card?

Absolutely! If you prefer to pay via wire transfer, please contact our sales team directly.

Do you offer a consultant license?

Yes, Rencore Code Starter and Professional are licenses per named user. If you are a consultant you can take your license with you from customer to customer as long as it is only the licensed user using it.

How do I renew my subscription?

We recommend that you renew your subscription directly through my.rencore.com. If you haven’t cancelled your subscription the license is renewed automatically. If you have an offline license or license bundles, please contact our sales team to arrange the renewal.

Can I use Rencore Code offline?

Yes, on request, we can also provide offline license keys that need to be activated via email. Offline licenses are only available for annual license terms.
