My Objects (Public Preview)
The Rencore Governance Inventory is the heartbeat of your cloud collaboration strategy and the key to easy and efficient governance. The My Objects feature lets you locate all relevant objects in a single central location from the Rencore Teams App in Teams. Coined the “yellow pages” of Rencore Governance, stakeholders can get full visibility of their tenant where they collaborate.
Added Support for Multi-Geo Environments (Public Preview)
To address the evolving needs of enterprises operating across multiple geographic locations, we have introduced robust multi-geo provisioning support. This capability is crucial for organizations that must comply with diverse regulatory requirements across different regions.
By leveraging the requester's Preferred Data Location, resources are provisioned directly to the appropriate region, enhancing compliance and operational efficiency. This feature not only meets enterprise demands but also ensures seamless management of data sovereignty and localization requirements.
Viva Engage Provisioning (Public Preview)
The latest update significantly expands our provisioning capabilities, enabling end users to request Viva Engage Communities via custom templates in the Rencore Teams App. This enhancement reduces setup time while promoting consistency and efficiency across community creation.
By streamlining the provisioning process, organizations can foster collaboration and engagement more effectively, enabling teams to quickly establish their presence in Viva Engage without unnecessary delays.
Improved Provisioning: Sensitivity Labels (Public Preview)
This new functionality allows users to pre-select sensitivity labels from a curated list per provisioning template. This selective approach not only simplifies the user experience but also ensures that sensitive information is appropriately classified from the outset. Furthermore, company guidelines can now be customized and displayed within Rencore Teams App, providing users with essential guidance that enhances their overall experience and compliance with organizational policies.
Extensive Customizability for Mail Templates (Honorable mention)
Recognizing the diverse needs of enterprises, we have introduced extensive customization options for mail templates. This functionality allows organizations to tailor email communications to meet specific branding and messaging requirements, enhancing overall communication effectiveness within Microsoft 365 environments.
Simplified Automations (Honorable Mention)
We have introduced a new bulk stop-action feature that simplifies the management of multiple governance automation runs, allowing administrators to halt processes efficiently when needed. Additionally, users can now trigger manual automation for multiple objects simultaneously.
Enhanced insights into automation runs provide multi-layered information about each run and its associated objects, enabling better tracking and management of automated processes. This level of insight is essential for organizations looking to optimize their automation strategies and ensure compliance with governance policies.
Power Platform: Owner and Co-Owner Relations (Honorable Mention)
