Security, Compliance, and Cost: One step ahead of Risk and staying in Control

As AI adoption surged and collaboration tools expanded, security and compliance remained top priorities. Our goal was to cover all aspects of Microsoft’s cloud offering from the start. In Q1 and Q2, we aligned Rencore Governance with Microsoft’s rapidly evolving roadmap.

Launching Copilot & Agent Governance

We introduced Copilot & Agent Governance in preview, giving you the tools to manage AI responsibly. You can now control agent sprawl, track Copilot usage, and prevent sensitive data exposure, all while maintaining information accuracy and cost control.

Enhancing our Power Platform Governance Module with Power BI

To strengthen our Power Platform module, we added Power BI, delivering a more complete governance solution. Power Platform Governance gives you full control of apps, flows, reports, workspaces, and dashboards, helping you discover broken automations, track ownership, manage licensing and connector costs, and prevent data oversharing.

Access Reviews for Viva Engage

Staying on the topic of security and risk management, we released access reviews for Viva Engage due to popular demand and increased Viva Engage adoption across our customer base. You can now enable community owners to automate member reviews and ensure compliance without manual effort. These updates help you safeguard your environment while keeping collaboration seamless.

Automations are the backbone of efficient governance. We enhanced our automation engine with priority-based execution, threshold flexibility, and scheduled vs. policy-driven automations, giving you full control over remediation workflows. Progressive Scans
