It’s truly amazing what can be achieved in just twelve months let alone five years when you have a stellar team going above and beyond driving innovations forward. That’s what great teamwork is all about. Whether it’s a team member taking a step into the public eye, representing the company and delivering the company message, closing a deal, or someone providing a business-critical or an internal solution to a problem that keeps the well-oiled machine running.
Both extrovert and introvert characteristics are equally essential at Rencore and are invaluable to the success that Rencore has achieved in the past and present. When I look around at my team members, I can categorically say that all of them step up when the time calls for it, especially since we have grown so much as a company in the past year.
The magic formula has paid off and the results are there to see. Here’s a couple of successful milestones: two ESPC 2018 awards, Microsoft Gold Partner, Microsoft Applications Partner, 5 Microsoft MVPs (Welcoming Liam Cleary to the team), 5-year anniversary, website redesign, 112 blog posts, 13 Webinars and a partridge in a pear tree! ‘Tis the season you know!
Rencore toured the globe heavily and once again participated in Microsoft Ignite 2018 and SharePoint Conference North America. We also participated in some other great events including Sharepoint Fests and Harmon.ie SharePoint Expos, both in the USA and Europe, empowering organizations to secure and modernize their SharePoint.
Once again, it’s you guys who are the special ingredient. Your continuous support on social and other mediums help us spread the word and you always show so much love. We greatly appreciate you!
